I was severely disappointed with the service at Aparthotel Genova. The staff was unhelpful, and when we arrived, there was confusion about our reservation and a lack of proper amenities. It truly felt like we were misled about the quality of our accommodations, as it was nothing like the photos promised online.

i was practically forced into a different building with no parking, is this the treatment one deserves? absolutely terrible mattress, with holes! i expected complimentary upgrades for my inconvenience, but instead was met with rude staff. maybe if the pictures reflected reality, i wouldn’t be writing this scathing review. shameful experience.
